Parts and models that PrototypeBD drew in 3D CAD before printing: rig equipment, bottles for a client, a re-fitted mouse shell and a bike chain cover.
Every project here started with PrototypeBD's own CAD work, not a ready-made file: oil and gas equipment modelled from scratch, bottle samples designed for Bajaj Bangladesh Ltd., a client's mouse shell re-fitted and lightened, and a split bicycle chain cover.

Ultra-light computer mouse shell, modified in CAD to fit and printed at about 40 g
A client asked for a mouse case under 45 g (without battery) based on an existing design. PrototypeBD adjusted the fit, slimmed the structure and printed an open-frame shell of about 40 g.

A long black bicycle chain cover with a white window frame, designed and fabricated at PrototypeBD. It splits into two shells around the chainring and rear hub, with the white frame between them.
