PrototypeBD delivers 3D printers, laser engravers, filament, parts and finished 3D prints to every district of Bangladesh from our workshop in Aftab Nagar, Dhaka. This page explains delivery times, charges and what happens after you order.
1. Delivery times
Our team confirms every order before it ships. In-stock orders are usually handed to the courier within 1–2 business days and delivered in 1–3 business days anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivered by Steadfast Courier, usually 1–3 days.
Some products show their own delivery estimate on the product page; that estimate applies to them. Pre-order products arrive when the shipment reaches us; see our Pre-order Terms.
2. Delivery charges
The delivery charge depends on your district and the weight of the parcel. Checkout calculates it before you place the order, and our team confirms it before dispatch.
Standard delivery charge by parcel weight (packed weight, including the box):

Heavier parcels are priced the same way at checkout. Instant delivery and cash on delivery charges are added on top where they apply.
Cash on Delivery orders also pay a cash on delivery charge of 1%, shown in your order total.
3. Instant delivery in Dhaka
Instant delivery: Minimum charge ৳150 — it can increase depending on your location. Only available inside Dhaka city. Our representative will confirm the delivery charge before sending the goods. Instant delivery needs full payment online to confirm the order.
4. Payment and delivery
- Cash on Delivery for in-stock products: pay the rider when the parcel arrives.
- Pay online with EPS: cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and more. The EPS charge is shown at checkout.
- Pre-orders pay an advance online; the rest is paid on delivery.
5. Tracking your order
Open Track Order and enter your order number with the phone number you ordered with. Signed-in customers also see every order in My Account. Once the parcel is with the courier, the tracking link appears there.
6. Receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If the box is damaged or something is missing, take photos and contact us within the return window in our Return & Refund Policy.
If the courier can't reach you or the parcel is refused, the courier returns it to us and we contact you on WhatsApp to arrange a new delivery; the extra delivery charge is paid by the customer.

Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take in Bangladesh?
Most orders are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after we confirm them and are then delivered in 1–3 business days, anywhere in Bangladesh.
How much is the delivery charge?
It depends on your district and the parcel weight: for example a parcel up to 1 kg costs ৳75 inside dhaka city. Checkout shows the exact charge before you order.
Do you offer same-day or instant delivery?
Yes, inside Dhaka city. Instant delivery starts at ৳150 and needs full payment online.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for in-stock products; a cash on delivery charge of 1% applies and is shown at checkout. Pre-orders and instant delivery need an online payment.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. Once the parcel is with the courier, it shows the courier tracking link too.
