1. Placing an order

You can order with an account or as a guest. A guest order needs a working WhatsApp number: we use it to confirm the order, and the courier calls it. Please make sure your name, number and address are correct.

Our team confirms every order before it ships. We may cancel an order, and refund anything paid, if a product turns out to be unavailable, a price on the site was clearly wrong, or we can't reach you to confirm it.

2. Prices and product information

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Products marked "Contact for price" are priced on request. The total at checkout is calculated by our server from the current prices, your district, the delivery method and the payment method, and is the amount you agree to pay.

We describe products as accurately as we can, including the version (for example Global or Chinese). Some product photos are from the manufacturer; colours can look slightly different on screen.

3. Payment

• Cash on Delivery is available for in-stock products; a cash on delivery charge may apply and is shown at checkout.
• Online payment with EPS (cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and more). An EPS payment charge is shown at checkout. An order is marked paid only after EPS confirms the payment to us.
• Instant delivery and pre-orders need an online payment: the full amount for instant delivery, a 50% advance for pre-orders.
• Service work (3D printing, CAD design, laser and CNC cutting) starts after a 50% advance; the rest is paid on delivery.

4. Pre-orders

Products that are out of stock may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated arrival dates depend on the manufacturer and shipping and are not guaranteed. Our Pre-order Terms cover payment, cancellation and delivery.

5. 3D printing, CAD, laser and CNC services

For made-to-order work we quote from your files and choices (material, colour, quantity, finish). The instant 3D-print price is calculated from your model; anything our team needs to check is priced by hand before work starts. Work starts after you accept the quote and pay a 50% advance; the rest is paid on delivery.

You confirm that you own the files you send or may use them, and that the part is legal to make. Your files stay yours: we store them privately, use them only for your quote and order, and never publish them. Small differences in size, colour and surface finish are normal for 3D-printed and cut parts.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, returns and refunds in our Return & Refund Policy, and warranty claims in our Warranty Policy.

7. Accounts and reviews

Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Reviews and questions you post must be honest and about your own experience. We may hide content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products and services as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or time, caused by a delay or a fault, except where the law of Bangladesh says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of Bangladesh.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
