Can you send a formal quotation on letterhead?

Yes. We prepare a formal quotation PDF with prices, quantities, delivery and payment terms, for your purchase or approval process.

Do you give a VAT challan?

Yes. PrototypeBD is VAT registered with the National Board of Revenue (BIN 006329043-0101) and issues a VAT challan (Mushak-6.3) with your order. We also hold a Dhaka North City Corporation trade licence (TRAD/DNCC/000907/2024).

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Businesses and institutions can order against a purchase order (PO) or work order. Send it with your request or after you approve our quotation; the payment terms are written in the quotation.

Do you give prices for bulk quantities?

Yes. Larger quantities of filament, consumables, parts or printed pieces are quoted together; send the full list in one request.
