A gaming customer known as Fatcat&Batman wanted to protect a mechanical keyboard from dust, scratches and spills without hiding its RGB lighting. PrototypeBD made a clear acrylic cover for it, and the customer shared the finished piece on their own page afterwards.
The cover
The cover is a five-sided box of clear acrylic sized to a tenkeyless keyboard. The top panel follows the outline of the keyboard frame with angled corners, and the side walls are joined at the edges so the lid sits over the whole board. Because the sheet is clear, the backlit keys still show through when the cover is on.
The logo
The top carries the customer's own artwork: a round cat face with bat wings and whiskers, and the name FATCAT&BATMAN in outlined italic capitals below it. The logo is a light, frosted white against the dark keys, so it reads clearly from across a desk.
