A small freestanding bathtub for dolls and dollhouses, printed not as a one-off but as a batch. The first photo shows dozens of tubs laid out in red, blue, green and yellow, and the studio shots add white.
The shape
The tub has the outline of a classic freestanding bath: a rounded base, one end raised higher than the other, and a thin rim. It is printed as a single open shell, so it is light and easy to hold, as the photos in hand show.
Printing in quantity
Repeat orders like this are where 3D printing works well without moulds: the same file is printed again and again, and the colour is changed by changing the filament. The batch photos show the tubs coming out with the same shape and finish in every colour.
Other sizes and design changes are possible on request, for example to match a particular doll or dollhouse scale.
